1. The Kitchen (Elite Deep Clean, De-greasing & Limescale Removal)

• Oven & Cooker Breakdown: Cooker door glass is fully removed to intensely clean inside and in between the glass panels. All cooker and oven switches are completely removed to steam clean and degrease directly underneath them.

• Kitchen Hood & Extractor: Complete carbon removal, heavy degreasing, and intensive limescale removal from hotplates, mesh filters, and extractor fan casings.

• Kitchen Sink Restoration: Complete descaling, scraping, and deep cleaning of the kitchen sink, drainer, and surrounding taps to remove all stubborn limescale and hard water marks. [1]

• Cupboards & Drawers: Deep sanitized wipe down, fully inside and out. This includes high-intensity cleaning of all hidden spots under and on top of kitchen cupboards.

• Appliances & Surrounding Areas: Hand floors cleaning is performed behind and under the fridge and near the oven before final hoovering and mopping. All appliances are deeply pulled out and sanitised where accessible.

• Worktop Restoration: Application of high-grade spray wax on the kitchen worktop areas and surrounding structures to restore a premium shine.

• Tile Whitening Service: Specialized whitening service is fully included for the grout lines in between wall tiles after the deep clean if needed.

2. The Bathrooms (Complete Descaling & Whitening)

• Shower Screens & Cubicles: 100% removal of tough limescale, water marks, and stubborn soap scum buildup.

• Silicone & Grout Whitening: Specialized whitening service is included for the sealant lines around the bath and in between wall tiles after the deep clean if required.

• Polishing & Waxing: Complete descaling of sinks, toilets, and polished chrome taps to a mirror finish. Application of premium spray wax on the bath frame area to restore a pristine shine.

3. Throughout the Entire Property & Living Areas

• Woodwork Mirror Finish: After the intensive deep clean is complete, we spray premium polish on all woodwork (including internal doors, frames, and architraves) and wipe to a brilliant shine.

• Leather Furniture Care: Application of specialized leather cleaner and conditioner to clean and shine any leather furniture left on site.

• Hidden Spots Checklist: Deep hand cleaning and hoovering performed in hidden spots under and behind all furniture left in the property.

• Detailed Dusting: Thorough wiping of all skirting boards, light switches, sockets, and radiators to completely eliminate dust and marks.

• Windows & Hard Flooring: Complete interior glass cleaning, including intensive scraping of window frames and tracks. Complete hoovering and deep professional hard floor mopping across all rooms.

• Please Note: Professional wet carpet extraction/washing is strictly excluded from our packages.

 

4. External Clean & First Impression (Entrance Area)

• Main Property Door: The external main entrance door of the property is thoroughly cleaned, detailed, and polished to a flawless shine.

• Entrance Area: The immediate entrance/threshold area is thoroughly hoovered and mopped to ensure a premium first impression for inventory clerks
