How to film Your Property Video
Please follow these simple guidelines to secure your accurate, fixed-price quote within in : 15 minutes. Ensure your video is clearly shows:
The Kitchen: Close-up shots inside the Oven, Cooker, Fridge/Freezer, around the extractor hood, cupboards of where needs a deep clean, washing machine, Tiles and Sink and a zoomed out shot of all kitchen.
The Bathroom: Condition of shower screen, wall tiles, toilet seat and sink and any limescale, Zoomed out full shot of full bathroom.
The Bedrooms: Close shots of skirting boards, inside out furniture and a zoomed out shot of all room.
Windows and Doors: Pan across windows frames, tracks and any heavy doors marks.
Mattresses: If you require our optional mattress washing service, Clearly show the state of all sides of mattresses.
Note: Both furnished or unfurnished properties are accepted, but tenants must be fully moved out as we only accept key jobs.
